Cover Pic: Launching of the new Training Facility / Noel Group Ball Wall Sponsorship

Minister Jack Chambers and Minister Darragh O'Brien officially opening the new Training Facility.

Last Saturday saw the official opening of our new Training Facility. We were delighted to welcome Ministers Darragh O'Brien and Jack Chambers to the club. Both Ministers were very impressed with the new facility and we were eager to show how we put the Sports Capital Grant to such good use. We hope this bodes well for the future when we make applications for further development.

Thanks also to Councillor Bridget Manton who is member of Fingallians and a constant advocate for the club.

Saturday also saw the relaunch of the Sponsorship of the Ball Wall. We are delighted once again to continue our partnership with the Noel Group and thanks to Director Siobhán Kinsella and GM Conor Loughran for their involvement and commitment to the club.

Comhghairdeas mór lenár players who competed in the All-Ireland final of the Joe McDonagh Foundation 7-a-side Bliotschomórtas on Saturday 3rd Dec.

10 teams competed representing Dublin (3), Limerick (2), Kildare (2), Armagh (1), Mayo (1) and Monaghan (1). The Foundation was established by the ex-GAA Uachtarán and Galway All-Ireland winner's family following his passing in order to promote An Ghaeilge within the GAA.

Fingallians reached the semi-finals but lost to Galtee Gaels of Limerick. Kilmacud Crokes went on to become the ultimate winners.

Presentations were made in the Courtyard accompanied by music from Comhaltas Cionn tSáile.

Ba mhaith linn ár mbuíochas a ghábháil lenár n-imreoirí, ár meantóirí, ár lucht tacaíochta, ár gceoltóirí, Glór na nGael, Fondúireacht Sheosaimh Mhic Dhonncha agus an foireann sa chlubhouse agus an beár.
